What did your equity administration look like before Centi?

For a period we had no dedicated solution in place and were relying on outsourced support. It got us by, but it wasn't as reactive or as flexible as we needed as the business grew, and we wanted a partner that could keep pace with us.

How was the onboarding compared to what you expected?

Smoother than expected, and the timing wasn't easy — we onboarded in the middle of a lot of corporate activity. Centi's team took on more of the heavy lifting than I'd assumed they would, particularly around participant events and the documentation that usually eats internal hours.

You rolled out a management equity plan across a complex, global structure through Centi, what was your experience?

Good. The volume of participant events was significant, and Centi absorbed the coordination that historically would have been split between internal time and external legal spend. That's where we've seen the most time back.
